Information on this site — including pricing references (such as “about 15% of the cost of a new roof”) and roof-life expectations — is general and for guidance only. Any estimate is an approximation until confirmed in a written quote. Your roof’s suitability and pricing are determined on inspection and confirmed in your written estimate. Warranty coverage and its term are discussed with you directly and provided in a separate written warranty document after treatment — they are not stated in the estimate. Pricing and product details may change without notice.

No guarantee of outcome

Roof preservation is only appropriate for sound, aging roofs. We do not guarantee that every roof is a candidate, and we will tell you if yours is not. Results depend on your roof’s condition and age. Warranty terms are set out in the written warranty document we provide after treatment and govern over anything on this site.
