Restore your roof.
Don’t replace it.
We rejuvenate aging asphalt shingles with our exclusive Shingle Preservation Oil — an oil that soaks in and replenishes what the prairie sun dried out. 5 years guaranteed per application, for up to 85% less than a new roof.

Is my roof a candidate?
Dry, worn, or just a little off?
Asphalt shingles fail because they lose their oils and start shedding the granules that protect them. If you’re seeing any of these, your roof is likely a candidate for preservation — not replacement.
- ✓ Little rocks (granules) collecting in your eavestrough or downspouts
- ✓ Color looks faded, dry, or washed-out compared to a few years ago
- ✓ Shingles are intact and sound — not curling badly, lifting, or leaking
- ✓ Roof is roughly 8–20 years old
We’ll tell you straight. If your roof is too far gone to treat, we won’t take your money — we’ll tell you to call a roofer.

Four steps. No pressure. No mess left behind.
Satellite estimate
We measure your roof from above and email you a quote — no appointment needed to get a number.
Drone inspection
Before we treat, a drone verifies your roof is a good candidate and flags anything that needs a roofer first.
Careful prep & spray
We gently clear loose debris (keeping your granules), protect windows and outdoor items, then evenly apply the Shingle Preservation Oil. Done in about 2–3 hours.
5-year warranty
You get a written, transferable 5-year warranty — and we stay reachable long after the truck leaves.
Preservation is prep-and-spray only — we don’t perform roof repairs or replacements. If your roof needs those, we’ll point you to someone who does.
The proof
Tested to standards. Here’s what it means.
our exclusive Shingle Preservation Oil (S.P.O.) has been through standards-based ASTM testing. Here’s what it showed.
Treated shingles bend with the weather instead of getting brittle and cracking.
Granule loss is what ages a shingle. We can’t stop it — but treated shingles hold onto their protective granules longer, slowing the wear instead of speeding toward replacement.
The oil absorbs into the shingle and restores it from within — it’s not a coating sitting on top.

USDA Certified Biobased Product 100%. Per its SDS, a non-toxic, food-grade, readily biodegradable ingredient — safe around kids, pets, and your garden.
We restore their flexibility and slow the granule loss that ages a roof — buying years before replacement. Standards-based testing backs it up.
Testing reflects ASTM-style evaluation of our Shingle Preservation Oil — pliability, granule retention, and absorption.
The result
Five more years — on real prairie roofs.
From a city bungalow to an acreage, a single application is guaranteed to add five years — for a fraction of the cost of replacing the roof.

The oil change your roof never got.
You wouldn’t run an engine for 15 years without an oil change. Your shingles are the same — they just need their oils replenished before they dry out for good. Done on time, preservation costs up to 85% less than a full replacement.

Under the microscope

BeforeOne shingle mat, 15 years old. We treated half of it in 2024 — this is that half two years later. On the untreated side the oils have dissipated and the granules sit loose; on the treated side, our Shingle Preservation Oil has worked back in and bound the granules in place.

Straight talk
We’ll only treat your roof if it’ll actually help.
Roof preservation isn’t right for every roof — and we’d rather tell you that than sell you something that won’t last. On a sound, aging roof, our Shingle Preservation Oil restores flexibility and slows the granule loss that wears a roof down, backed by standards-based ASTM testing. If your roof isn’t a good fit, we’ll tell you, and point you to a roofer instead.

Questions, answered honestly
How long does the treatment last?+
Each application typically comes with a five-year guarantee, and most roofs can be treated again over time — adding years with each application. Timing matters: the earlier you start — ideally while your roof is still in good shape, around the 8–10 year mark — the more life you'll get, because we're slowing down how fast the shingles break down. If you wait until the roof is near the end of its life, there's less left to preserve — so adding many more years gets harder. We still treat older roofs (15, 16, 17 years and up) where it makes sense — and we'll always tell you honestly what to expect for yours in your written estimate.
What does it cost?+
A fraction of what a full roof replacement costs. Your exact price depends on roof size and condition — and the estimate is free.
Is the product safe?+
Yes. Our Shingle Preservation Oil is plant-based — a non-toxic, food-grade, readily biodegradable ingredient that's USDA Certified Biobased 100%. It's safe around children, pets, and landscaping.
Is it a coating or seal on top of my shingles?+
No. It's a penetrant — it absorbs into the shingle (ASTM D570) and restores it from within. It doesn't sit on top as a barrier or trap moisture the way a coating can.
What if my roof is too far gone?+
Then we'll tell you, and we won't treat it. Preservation only makes sense on a sound, aging roof. If yours needs repair or replacement, we'll point you to a roofer.
What does the warranty cover?+
A 5-year, transferable warranty against further curling and surface-granule loss. If that occurs and we verify it with before/after photos, we re-treat the affected area. (It doesn't cover storm damage or leaks — those are a roofer's job.)
