We do not sell your personal information. Estimate requests are stored in our customer-management system (RoofUtil, hosted on Supabase). We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to serve you:

• Supabase — secure database for the RoofUtil CRM.
• Resend — sends your confirmation email and notifies our team.
• Railway — website hosting.
• Google — maps and, where shown, public Google review content.

Some providers may process or store data outside Canada (for example, in the United States), where privacy laws may differ. We use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and warranty obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
